Seumas Gallacher

Seumas is a respected Executive Coach with international experience in financial and corporate entities and a successful change management track record. He has had a fifteen-year presence in the Middle East, is results-oriented and has had a positive impact at Board and C-suite level.

With more than forty years of experience in senior roles in financial institutions and corporate entities, Seumas has held several C-suite executive posts as well as many Board Directorships. He has broad and detailed exposure to business cultures in Europe, the Far East and the Middle East. His basic skill set is a superior organisational ability coupled with financial acumen.

He graduated from the Harvard Business Graduate School of Business Advanced Management Program and has acquired a reputation as an Executive Coach, a corporate trouble-shooter and turnaround exponent. This has led to his appointment in heading projects to bring back to profitability and efficiency struggling businesses as disparate as Banking, Insurance, Port Management, Shipping, Consumer Products, Real Estate Development, Civil Engineering and Telecommunications.

Successful assignments have been carried out in locations as far apart as Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Hong Kong, Australia, and Singapore. Much of the techniques required addressed the human issues of lack of Business Skills Management for executive management within these projects.

Seumas currently coaches a number of executives including owners of large family businesses and senior managers in companies across markets and industries.
