Rizane Abbas

Rizane is a highly experienced senior business manager, coach and leader who has had an exceptionally successful career in a number of prestigious financial organisations and a major role in her family business.

She has held a number of high profile senior positions in Retail and Corporate Banking as well as being Head of Strategy for the largest bank in KSA. She has been responsible for achieving stretching bottom-line results in the businesses she has run.

Rizane leveraged her expertise and coaching skills to change career into the private sector and build the investment arm of her family business, covering local and international markets.

She has a BA in English Literature and is a Certified Executive Coach through an extensive one-year accredited programme at Strathclyde University in Scotland.  She is a pathfinder, being one of the first female business people to be qualified as a business coach in the Gulf/Middle East Region.

Rizane has facilitated coaching skills programmes in English and Arabic since 2004 including L Ermitage Wood’s flagship accredited Coaching Leader Programme, combining her practical experience as a coach, manager and a developer of people.
