Hazel Valentine
Hazel Valentine has been an Executive Coach and Organisational Design Consultant for the past 30 years. She has worked globally in many parts of Europe, Australia, Singapore and in the Middle East for the past 12 years. She has written and directed a number of leading accredited International Coaching Development Programmes including the Coaching Leader in Saudi Arabia.
Hazel has a passion for working with individuals and teams in enabling them to explore and develop their core values and raise personal awareness in order for them to become the leaders that they truly want to be.
She has studied coaching and psychology and supports a constant desire to work with clients during change and the inevitable transition that enables deeper understanding and meaning of both their role in the organisation and personal motivations.
Hazel has an MA in HR Strategy and HR Development, an Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching and Coaching Supervision from the Academy of Executive Coaching. She also developed and directed their Practitioner Diploma in Executive coaching. Her work is underpinned by Relational Gestalt theory and practice together with Advanced Transactional Analysis in organisations, including coaching and consultancy. She is ICF PCC accredited.
Her clients in the Middle East include Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, Saudi Payments, National Commercial Bank Saudi Arabia, Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait, and BUPA. She has also worked in many other countries with clients such as, PWC Eastern Europe, Deloitte Brussels, CIFAS, Vodafone, Lloyds Banking Group, PITO, United Nations Switzerland, World Trade Office Switzerland, and Danfoss Denmark.
